The troopers were two Federation survivors of the Intergalactic War who crashlanded on Sarran. The more senior of the two informed his junior, a section leader, that the war had been won as a result of superior Federation numbers. They witnessed the arrival of Kerr Avon's life capsule on the planet but soon afterwards they were attacked by the Sarrans and killed by Chel.
They were portrayed by Richard Franklin and Michael Melia.
